South Sound Coupon Guru

My dear husband forwarded this article to me yesterday... even he is keeping his eyes on couponing and frugality now! This article features a fellow south sound frugal gal, Heather Clarke, who clips coupons and uses them to their fullest benefit!

In her article she has included some of her own tips and tricks, her own experiences in shopping and even the opportunity to take a class on couponing! I know often times people have questions of how to really get into using coupons, how to effectively use them, where to find them and how to stack them, etc... maybe this class would be an excellent place to start your path into frugal living. I am even thinking of taking her class to see if I can pick up something new!

I do check out many, many others... but there are just too many to link. If you click on a blog or two you will often find other links to even other links. Honestly, you could spend hours looking through frugal blogs! Happy blogging!

Printer Refills on the CHEAP!

If you are a coupon person then you are probably like me and use a lot of printer ink! To keep my costs down in the are to justify the coupon use I have had to really seek out the best deals on printer cartridges. My best bet so far is refills at Walgreens for $10.00. And, quiet often you can find a coupon in the paper for buy one, get one free - making them very cheap!

If you have the kind of printer that they do not offer refills on they most likely carry a refurbished and filled cartridge for $10.00 a piece... much more affordable that the $35 to $50 many folks spend! I am thrilled to have found this and actually started to use it as our regular refill. Just another frugal note to share! Happy printing!

All You Magazine

All You magazine is a featured magazine at Walmart. It is a great little magazine that often offers neat recipe ideas, home decor, fashion and advice - a typical gal magazine. What is different about this magazine though... coupons - and lot's of them! I purchase one a month and if it includes really great coupons then I'll purchase more of them! They can go very quickly though so you need to start scoping All You out at the end of each month for the upcoming issue. All You also has a great webpage and blog to keep current on, often times you will find additional coupons, freebies and give aways through these two resources alone. Above you can find the March 2009 coupon savings you can expect! Enjoy!
