Couponing

It is a rare event that stores in the Pacific Northwest have double coupon opportunities. However, right now we have a local store that is celebrating their 90th anniversary as a company and in celebration they are offering unlimited double coupons of up to $1.00... man did I score!!! As well, our local Albertson's had limited double coupons (four) that you could use. Between the two I *saved* $142.16 yesterday!!! Amazing savings! My final bill for groceries yesterday was $98.49 for $240.65 worth of groceries. Dear hubby was impressed to say the least!

Just wanted to share that if you are new to couponing or just not sure if it is worth your time -- this above story was absolutely worth my time!!! So, start saving your coupons, collect them from others if you can, buy two papers (at the dollar store on Sundays - saves you money!), print them online, write to manufacturers and check magazines too... coupons are everywhere and they are worth your time - I promise!!!
